We have been able to acquire pool time at Worthington again this year in order to maximize our swimmers day with their club training.  While the times aren't ideal  they are an improvement from the 3:00 time slot that the YMCA has made available and should help our kids get in some doubles.  Please make note of the following schedule - all practices are REQUIRED.

Wrap up

The first meet is in the books! Thanks to everyone who volunteered to help with the meet. I will be sending out a signupgenius link for anybody who would like to help provide water, gatorade, energy bars, fruit for the team at meets. Yesterday there was a case of water, a case of gatorade, 3 bunches of bananas, a big bag of clementines, a box of clif bars, a box of Costco trailmix, and a box of Kashi trailmix bars. There were 6 waters, 3 bananas and half the Kashi bars left at the end of the meet. I'll tweak the mix a little next week to avoid leftovers. The total cost was about $60. This was not in the budget for the year so if it continues it will be because of volunteer contributions. This is a no-pressure sales pitch. Ask your swimmer/diver if they appreciated having it available and help out if you want to.

Also, if you took pictures of your athlete being woken up before the breakfast gathering last Monday (G rated only), or if you took pictures at the McConaghys pasta party, or if you took pictures at the meet on saturday, please post those pictures to the shutterfly website. Let me know if you need another link to the site (jandahiltner1@att.net). Shutterfly says you can also post pictures to the site by emailing the jpeg file as an attachment to: olhsswimdiveteam@sfly.com . The only limitations are on your outbound mail size. I have tested this function and it did work.
