banquet reminder

Today (March 7) is the due date for banquet replies.  So far we've heard from about 1/2 of the athletes.  I'm sure Cheryl's mailbox will be jammed with replies today.  But, if you haven't responded yet you should email Cheryl your intentions so she can order the right amount of food.  Her email address is cheryl.newton@osumc.edu. Invitations are in the mail!  Mine arrived today.  A quick note to clarify the information.  Checks should be made payable to: LAB and mailed to Cheryl Newton at the address on the card.  We need the responses by March 7 so we know how much food to order.

Save The Date-End of Season Banquet!

Can you believe the season is already over?  The end of season banquet is scheduled for March 11 from 6pm to 8pm in the high school commons.  Please make a note on your calendar and watch for an invitation in the mail shortly.

Update address information

Parents,

At the beginning of the season we gathered as much contact information as possible from the preseason sign-in sheet and gear order forms.  We're now wrapping up the season and preparing for the end of season banquet.  We don't want to leave anybody out.  Please send me (John Hiltner) an email at: olhs.swim@gmail.com and include your name, your athlete's name, your email address, your physical address, and your phone number (if you are willing to share it).  We will use this information to send out banquet invitations, to build our contact list for next season, and to update our information in the team photo sharing website on shutterfly.  We are working on invitations now so please respond before the end of the week (February 22).
