Reminder - Team Meeting Wednesday 10/24

We will hold a team informational meeting for parents & athletes (swimmers & divers) on Wednesday, October 24 in the OLHS commons at 7:00 pm.  We will discuss many important details including:

• Changes in fundraising (we are not babysitting this year)
• Swim Boosters
• Practice times
• Participation Requirements
• Letter Requirements
• Team Rules
• Tryouts

Tryouts are Friday, November 2 & Monday November 5 at 3:00 at Liberty YMCA.

• Alternate Transportation Form 
   
• Emergency Medical Form
   
• Code of Conduct 
   
• Insurance 
   
• Physical 
   
• Permission to Treat
